Framework for funding proposals
Funding Proposal Framework
Objective
To provide a clear and equitable process for submitting, evaluating, and funding projects that contribute to the growth and success of the RF ecosystem.
Scope
Applies to all funding requests for projects that support the RF ecosystem, including development projects, community initiatives, and research efforts.
Proposal Submission
Funding Proposal Requirements: Proposals must detail the project's objectives, expected impact, timeline, budget, and team involved.
RF Funding Proposal (RFP) Template: Proposals must be submitted using the RFP template, designed to capture all relevant information for an informed community evaluation.
Initial Validation: Proposals undergo an initial check to ensure they meet basic criteria and align with RF's mission and values.
Review, Discussion, and Revision
Community Review: Submitted proposals are made available to the community for review, discussion, and feedback.
Iterative Revision: Based on feedback, proposers can revise their proposals to better align with community expectations and increase their chances of approval.
Final Submission: Revised proposals are submitted for final consideration.
Voting and Funding Allocation
Voting by Token Holders: Similar to the governance process, token holders vote on project funding proposals.
Approval and Funding: Projects that receive the necessary approval are allocated funding according to their proposed budgets.
Progress Reporting: Funded projects are required to provide regular progress reports to the community, ensuring transparency and accountability.
